7-day money-back guarantee
If the books aren't for you, email us within 7 days of your order and we'll refund you, and you keep the books. You don't have to give a reason.

How to ask for a refund
Email support@naturalremediesbible.com from the email address you used at checkout, or include your order number. Because our products are digital downloads, there is nothing to send back.

When you get your money
Once we confirm your order, we refund your original payment method. Refunds are sent within 7 days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it on your statement. If more than 10 days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please email us at support@naturalremediesbible.com.

After 7 days
Requests made more than 7 days after the order are outside the guarantee. If something went wrong with your order, such as a download that won't open or a double charge, email us at any time and we'll make it right.

What the guarantee covers
